When we caught wind of a large protest happening in Uptown, of course we were going to be on the scene.

Standing at the corner, we spotted this young girl wearing a very cute scarf and snapped her picture. Next thing you know she’s off in hand cuffs! Apparently wearing a scarf to cover your face is considered a mask, but if you look behind you look in the first picture, there is a lady in the back doing the same thing!

Do you think a scarf is a mask? Should she have been arrested?
